Once again we are taking part in My Hospitality World, by hosting a series of events and training sessions.
The aim is to increase awareness of the hospitality industry and how great it is to work in. We're supporting the cause to change the perception of the industry by educating people on the benefits and opportunities of working in this fast-paced modern industry!
Take a look below at the workshops we will be running during the week to see how you can get involved:
February 25th - Le Pont de la Tour - Flambé Masterclass
When it comes to tableside presentation, nothing impresses quite like fire! One of the best-known desserts to flambé is the classic Crêpes Suzette. In this super exciting event you will learn how to prepare Crêpes Suzette under the tutelage of Le Pont de la Tour’s very own flambé master, Maximillian. Come along and learn how to master the skills before enjoying your delicious creations with a steaming cup of hot chocolate. You will also have the opportunity to find out about amazing career opportunities at D&D London and ask any questions about the hospitality industry.

Working alongside Blueprint's, Head Chef, Joseph Albina, the students will design, cook and serve a unique lunch menu, whilst showcasing the fantastic educational and career opportunities available to young people in the hospitality industry. It is also giving customers the opportunity to live their lunch break to the fullest, by enjoying a tasty three course menu.
