5 ways to kick start your morning

1. Smoothies at Le Pont de la Tour

After a sweaty commute on the tube to work, the last thing you need is a hot coffee to really get you dripping. Stop by the Le Point de la Tour kiosk for an ice cold smoothie or a cold-presssed juice to get your morning off to a healthy start.

2. Juice at Sartoria

On a similar note, skip down Saville Row in the morning to Sartoria for a fresh juice from Press London, including the Orchard 1 (apple, strawberry, lemon & mint), Orchard 2 (apple, lemon & ginger) and Greenhouse 4 (kale, spinach, pear, fennel, lime & parsley). We totally won’t blame you if you stay for breakfast – Francesco’s breakfast menu is a thing of beauty.

3. Yoga all’Italiana at Cantina del Ponte

We love a good unconventional food and activity pairing, and yoga and pasta could be the best one yet. Salute the sun with an al fresco Third Space yoga class on the Wharf, followed by three courses of authentic Italian food at Cantina del Ponte.

4. Pilates with a view at Coq d’Argent

Coq d’Argent is teaming up with the pilates experts at Exercise in the City to offer private sessions on their rooftop terrace. Designed to be a morning team building event to improve the health and wellbeing of your staff, the classes are the perfect excuse to stay for breakfast and be a bit late to the office…

5. VOGA, Splash & brunch at German Gymnasium

There’s really nothing like a bit of exercise in the morning to wake you up, and a dip in Kings Cross pond will have your morning thoroughly kick-started in no time. Warm up with a VOGA session followed by a healthy brunch at German Gymnasium, and those Friday night pints are thoroughly forgiven.
