If your 2017 resolutions involve getting a little fitter then we're here to help, as a few of our restaurants are set to hold some super-fun workout and brunch sessions this January... 

WHEN I SAY JUMP...

What? 100 Wardour St is making fitness fun with its Boogie Bounce classes, complete with mini-trampolines and cheesy pop tunes, followed by a two-course brunch, all for just £25!

When? 10am on Saturday 14th January

A SAINTLY START

What? Get a one-two punch of fitness, with South Place Hotel's Saints & Sinners sessions. It has teamed up with neighbours, award-winning fitness studio 1Rebel and resident yogis Rooted London to put together the ultimate fitness and brunch package. First you'll feel the burn with 1Rebel's high-intensity Rumble classes, based on cardio boxing and mixed martial arts, then cool down with a yoga session with Rooted back at the hotel, followed by a two-course brunch, with options ranging from waffles with chocolate sauce to raw key lime pie! Tickets are priced at just £45, including both classes and brunch. 

When? 9.45am-2.30pm on Saturday 21st and Saturday 28th January

GET YOUR BLUEBIRD BODY

What? Chelsea's favourite hangout is hosting a series of classes, in partnership with Sophie Dear, Paola’s BodyBarre and Vita Pilates. If you hit one of the morning sessions you'll refuel with a your choice of tea or coffee and a tasty brunch dish, or if you opt for an evening class you can treat yourself with a trio of small plates. Tickets are priced at £35.

When? Various times and dates throughout January.
