This summer, Sartoria's brilliant Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei has taken over the food offering at Haggerston's super-cool House of Peroni pop-up (seriously, it's got a floating Negroni bar and gondola rides. 

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night he's offering an exclusive feasting experience: Il Banchetto, with a menu including his signature home cured baccalà marinated in liquorice, charred lettuce and tropea onions, Black Angus beef fillet battuta and anchovy sauce, Amalfi lemon cream and cherries, and much more... If you let them know you've booked after seeing this article (just quote 'D&D London' when you book) you'll get a jar of Francesco's favourite Frajotta Chilli Jam to take away with you.

Plus, if you call in on between 3-4pm on Saturday 25th or Sunday 26th June, or 6-7pm on Friday 30th, Francesco is going to be doing a demonstration, cooking some of the dishes from his new cook book Mezzogiorno, copies will be available to buy after the demo, and if you ask nicely he'll even sign them for you!
