Happy International Women's Day 2018!
The theme for this year's International Women's Day is #PressForProgress —and it's all about keeping up the momentum to close the gender pay gap globally. It's been a year of international activism with celebs fuelling movements like #MeToo and #TimesUp.
As Head of HR at D&D, Carol Cairnes, states, “From the kitchen to the boardroom, D&D London champions successful women forging inspiring careers. With International Women’s Day on the 8th, we are also very pleased to announce that in our upcoming gender pay gap report, the results are in favour of women."
