Ahead of Bluebird's 20th birthday next year, D&D's Chelsea flagship is getting a new lease of life.
The first floor Restaurant & Bar undergoing a makeover of both its interior, thanks to Sagrada (designers of Sartoria and The Arts Club), and its menus at the hands of new Executive Head Chef Liam Smith-Laing.
Liam’s menus at Bluebird will feature simple, fresh and honest dishes inspired by the best of Modern European cooking. The menu will contain both small plates and larger sharing dishes reflecting Bluebird’s sociable and buzzy vibe.
All will be revealed when the Restaurant officially reopens on Thursday 22nd September, so book your table now! Don't fret about your summer plans though, as it's business as usual out on the famous Café & Courtyard (even showing the Olympics on the big screen), as well as in Bluebird's Food Store and Wine Cellar.
