So close we can Taste it...

We LOVE Taste of London and this year's event is looking rather special, not least because two of our favourite restaurants are exhibiting, between Wednesday 15th and Sunday 19th June. 

German Gymnasium's Executive Chef Bjoern Wassmuth will be cooking up some show-stopping dishes, including his signature veal schnitzel and classic apple strudel, on Stand R15.

Francesco Mazzei, Chef Patron of Sartoria, is something of a Taste of London veteran and will be manning the stove on Stand R24, serving a menu including fettuccine with Grana Padano, broad beans, peas and black truffle, as well as Amalfi lemon cream with strawberries. Francesco will also be demonstrating his signature dishes on Friday 17th June from 7.45pm to 8.15pm and signing copies of his cook book Mezzogiorno: Southern Italian cooking between 8.15pm-9.15pm.
